By booking any packages with Gulmarg Ski Pro, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
A confirmed booking requires full payment or a deposit as per the package requirements. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and confirmation from our team.
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the package date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the package date will incur a 100% charge, and no refund will be provided. This cancellation policy applies to both individual and group bookings.
Payments must be made in full before the package begins unless otherwise specified. Payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and other methods as available on our platform.
Our team reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, trail issues, or safety concerns. If changes occur, we will inform participants in advance and make efforts to offer suitable alternatives.
Included: Instructor, equipment, gear, lift tickets (as per the package), transportation (as per the itinerary), professional guides, and camping equipment (for trekking).
Excluded: Personal expenses (such as souvenirs, snacks, etc.), insurance, and any activities not listed in the itinerary. Lunch is excluded from all packages.
We highly recommend that participants obtain personal travel and medical insurance for the duration of the package. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss during the activities.
Accommodation will be in tents or hotels as specified in the itinerary. Meals (breakfast, dinner) are included as per the package, but lunch is excluded. Snacks and other personal items are not included in the package.
By booking any activity with Gulmarg Ski Pro, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in skiing, snowboarding, and outdoor activities. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death occurring during the activities.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as weather disruptions, road closures, or government regulations.
Participants are required to bring their own personal gear (clothing, shoes, etc.) as per the requirements of the activity. Additional equipment may be provided as specified in the package.
Participants must follow the instructions of guides, respect the local environment, and contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of skiing, snowboarding, and trekking areas.
